There is a strong deficit of blow and injection molding grades HDPE produced by “Kazanorgsintez”. There are also few proposals of the highly demanded PE2NT 11-9 pipe grade. Preventive stop of production capacity of the plant in September-October, shall make the situation more critical. No proposals of “Stavrolen”’s HDPE on almost all positions. “Salavatnefteorgsintez” has restarted operations in September. In September, "Nizhnekaskneftehim” has produced one brand of LLDPE. In October, after a five-day PE production shutdown, four different grades of HDPE shall be produced. In October, the proposals of foreign analogues with higher prices shall dominate on the market.
